We support educational institutions, companies, and other organizations in their transformation toward sustainability — through inspiring leadership, effective management, and a vibrant learning culture.
Our goal is to assist in the development of learning and working environments in which people can work successfully and learn in a way that suits them, in order to shape the present and future in a sustainable manner.

The Workshop for a New Cearning Culture was founded in 1999. In 2023, „sustainability“ was added to the company name to emphasize this focus.

We understand learning as an active, constructive, independent, social, and experience-oriented process that combines thinking, feeling, and acting.

For us, sustainability is not just a goal or a set of measures, but an attitude that can be developed in leadership, organization, learning processes, and collaboration. We support individuals and teams in developing new perspectives, building skills, and effectively shaping change.

Our work includes conceptual consulting, executive coaching, and the development of tailor-made learning and transformation formats. We create learning opportunities that combine experience, reflection, and practice.

We create learning opportunities for people who want to act responsibly. Those who want to take responsibility need space and time to ask questions and reflect, to experiment and marvel, to come up with ideas and try them out in prototypes, to celebrate successes—and failures. The metaphor „workshop“ stands for open and creative approaches in which new solutions can be developed and tested. Learners and learning facilitators, clients, and partners work together in co-creation.
